Classical style 2 storey, 5 bay building. Central bay is a 2 storey projecting porch. Fluted recessed door, slim portico of 2 Ionic fluted columns below balcony. Large sash windows all sides. Rusticated ground floor. Double pilasters at corners, deep cornice and blocked parapet. Joins modern school at rear
