Three storey corner building on shallow granite plinth with curved end bays and flight of steps up to recessed entrance. Windows are round-headed with keystones grouped in three’s with broad piers between. Moulded cornice on supporting pierced parapet. Now part of the Merchant Hotel with Former Ulster Bank
