Lombardo-Venetian style hall with attached tower and arcaded loggia. Tower is in Dungannon Sandstone with main building in Scrabo Sandstone. Rich architectural detailing to fa├žade and tower. Mostly rendered on sides and rear. Former Elmwood Presbyterian Church. Some replacement stone may have come from the demolished GPO, Royal Avenue 1985
