Italianate style 4 storey plus attic, 5 bay building in cream sandstone on a Newry Granodiorite plinth. Central 3 bays have giant order Ionic columns in Shap Granite at first and second floor above arcaded ground floor, flanked by slightly advanced side bays which rise to attic level in pedimented dormers. Corbelled stone chimney stacks. Balustrade along cornice
